Lilly is Sheka's younger sister who loves to play, and can be a little mischveious. Asking questions is also a part of her forward nature. Some may say, she's even a match maker.

Malichai
Appears to be around 45
Voiced by Griffin Puato
Malichai is a past Peace Maker, who faught beside the ranks of Vectrom and saved Sheka and Lilly from their home planet. Now keeper of the twins of the orbs, he keeps them safe in his freedom camp Elysium, and carries a very strict sense of nature while doing it. Though Malichai can seem kind, don't let that fool you, he's mocking,cunning and merely wants to keep things in order and out of chaos.

Special Kaos units that hold powerful orbs filled with elemental attributes.
Mizu Bubble

This hot headed unit, over see's most Kaos production around the ocean of Hope Isle. Stationed at Pine Beach, she makes it clear that people, especially intruders stay out of her ocean. Mizu also carries a capture bubble ability, which packs more punch than the bite of her tounge.

Phytrixia Neptune

Spunky and out going, Phytrixia is a woman erm unit obsssed with stars and space. Holding the orb of light she makes it clear as day, that anyone crossing her odd space observatory meets a timely yet fun demise. With her photon abilities, she's also able to clone herself which makes even better for her light show parties. Not to mention that crazy space weather.
Misselestia
voiced by Nitrogoblin
Lustful with a pinch of fire and explosives. Misslestia, Missy for short protects Scarlet Volcano from trespassers on Kaos property. She's also the carrier of the Fire Orb which increases her fiery charm with things. Missilestia has a large array of missiles and flamming attacks. In her skill set also lies a love potion, only given to victims through the sting of her pointed tail.
Vampa
voiced by Griffin Puato
Once a scientest by the name of Professor Salvodore.Calm, unless provoked by his urges for energy, he has been transformed into an energy sucking vampire unit named Vampa. Stationed around the darker parts of Hope Isle, he holds the Orb of Darkness. Abilities he carries include, life draining,dama draining and a signiture move called coffin wrap, in which he takes the victim into his embrace depleting them of all life force in a single, swift catch.

Mindra

A lone unit which isn't known to hold an Orb, however is connected to the work area of Vampa. More acting as a guard, Mindra can be cunning and even devious in her actions to things. She has a fond liking to hearts and will even go as far to tear them out for her sake of pleasure.
Fuzei Kazelous

Self proclaimed Male Harpy of the skies. His art knows no bounds! Gifted by the gods themselves, I Kazelous have taken time to write about how wonderful I am! Holding the orb of wind, a treasure and heart of my beating soul. I take to the skies and tarnish the fowl emotions that ravish the very land around me ~
On a more serious note, Kazelous isn't one to be toy'd with, as his wind attacks pack a pretty nasty punch.

A witch, with a love for money. Witchhazel is a traveling merchant of her self named magical emporium. Her store appears to people who need it's aid, however little is known about the owner. Witchhazel is fairly mysterious, but always carries a peppy attitude and is certainly eager to make a sale.

Sandra Devatose - Sector C weapon tester

A snotty - bratty teen who had been forced into the ranks of K.A.O.S as a weapon tester/technician. Though she isn't fond of the uppers, she gets her work done. This time around she's been asked to scope out Hope Isle, though details to why aren't very clear.
